- Free Sale Certificate
- Products not tested on Animal declaration
- Product related documents like Formulas, Product Specification (COA), Product Label
- Manufacturing License or Marketing authorization letter
- Registration Fees receipt

The validity of the registration certificate is 3 years from the date of its issue. It needs to be renewed after the said validity. The documents required for renewal application are:
- Power of Attorney
- Free Sales Certificate of products
- Original registration certificate

- Undertaking that there are no changes in product formulas, label, COAs or any other information that was shared at the time of fresh registration.

Form 43 or Registration certificate is valid for the period of 3 Years. Post which the applicant has to renew it for another three years by submitting necessary documents and application fees.
